Before we decide to outsource to Luckasoft Software can you provide any references?

Yes, upon your request we can provide references to our clients in the United States and Western Europe.
How long will it take to build up a development team for my project?

Usually we can build a team within 1-2 weeks.
I do not have a detailed requirements specification. How can I get the project going?

There are two options:
- We can provide a ball park estimate off a brief project description and then implement the project in several stages. At the first stage our business analysts will create a detailed software requirements specification and amend cost estimate if necessary. You will be able to opt out at this point should our final estimate go beyond your budget limits, and use the specifications to hire another developer.

- We can structure the project using Agile software development methodology. The iterative approach will let you focus on a limited subset of features and only develop those that have high priority for you, organically building your software product.
How can I monitor project's progress?

- daily/weekly/monthly reports
- online access to issue tracking system
- access to current development version

Do you provide any warranty for your ITO services?

Yes, we provide 12 months warranty period
Will I retain all intellectual property rights?
